Cancellation Policy
Custom orders may be cancelled at any time prior to engraving, and a full refund (minus payment processing fees, if applicable) will be issued.
Once a cup has been engraved, the order is considered fulfilled. If the order is cancelled after engraving has begun, the customer is still responsible for the cost of the cup.
Engraving, personalization, and any design work performed are non-refundable once work has begun.
